Returns & Exchanges

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of placing it. Please contact our customer support to request a return within this period. Do not ship anything back before contacting us, otherwise your return may be lost. We accept both refunds and exchanges (size or colour).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with any tags attached. Certain items are exempt for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we have it. Your refund is then processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@masonoutwear.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, simply email us at support@masonoutwear.com and we'll guide you through it.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, contact us at support@masonoutwear.com for return instructions. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items over $75 we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
